Four machines. Flovv: the desktop reactive injection module that injects polyurethane into 3D-printed molds, shipped from stock. Flovv Pro: the pre-conditioned version of the same platform — its heated, vacuum-degassed A/B line also runs epoxy and casts very thin-walled, defect-free parts (pre-order, ~4 months). Flovv-e: all of Flovv's capabilities plus a mold-printing 3D printer in one body (pre-order, ~2 months). Flovv Industrial: a floor-standing series-production system with 50 kg of A+B capacity (pre-order, ~5 months); capacity, head and automation are configured to your application.

In Flovv Pro both A and B components are heated, temperature-controlled and vacuum-degassed all the way from the tanks to the nozzle. Because the material reaches the mold at the same temperature and viscosity and free of bubbles every time, thin-walled sections fill completely — no porosity, no short shots. That pre-conditioning is also what lets Flovv Pro run epoxy systems alongside polyurethane and silicone. Tank capacity is 2 gallons / 8 kg (A+B) in a desktop format.

For workshops running small-batch series production and casting parts too large for a desktop machine. Its 50 kg of A+B material capacity means run after run without refilling, and the higher flow rate fills high-volume molds before the material gels. It uses the same pre-conditioning technology as Flovv Pro and sits on the floor as a permanent production workstation. It is sold on pre-order, with an estimated delivery of about 5 months from the order. Flovv, Flovv Pro, Flovv-e and Flovv Industrial are industrial devices used with chemical materials. Devices that have been filled with chemicals, operated, or in contact with consumables are not suitable for resale and cannot be returned. Opened chemical products are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our Cancellation & Returns page for details.

In-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

The machine meters A and B precisely at the set ratio and blends them homogeneously in a static mixing nozzle. The ratio is adjustable on every model; maximum mix ratio and maximum component viscosity per model: Flovv up to 2:1 / 5,000 cP, Flovv Pro up to 10:1 / 15,000 cP, Flovv-e up to 2:1 / 5,000 cP, Flovv Industrial up to 3:1 / 10,000 cP.

Stock items ship the same or next business day. Pre-order items follow the estimated time shown on the product page (about 2 months for Flovv-e, about 4 months for Flovv Pro, about 5 months for Flovv Industrial).

Prices are net. For deliveries within Türkiye, VAT (KDV) is added as a separate line at checkout. Export orders (delivery outside Türkiye) are VAT-exempt — no VAT is charged.
