Warranty Terms

WARRANTY TERMS

These terms apply to Flovv family machines (Flovv, Flovv Pro, Flovv-e, Flovv Industrial and similar) sold by Novatech Composites (the SELLER) and form an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Nature of the Product

Flovv family machines are industrial reactive injection machines that inject two-component reactive materials (polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, etc.) into molds. They are designed for professional production, prototyping and workshop use. They are not designed for, and may not be used in, residential or household settings or for producing items for personal use.

2. Warranty Period

Products purchased for commercial or professional purposes carry a 1 (one) year limited commercial warranty from the delivery date. Given the industrial nature of the machines described above, this warranty applies regardless of whether the buyer is a natural or legal person.

3. Exclusions

Failures and damage arising from the following are outside the warranty:

  • Installation, use, maintenance or cleaning contrary to the manual and instructions
  • Use of chemicals not manufactured or approved by the SELLER
  • Material spilled, splashed or leaked onto or into the machine during casting or injection
  • Cured material in the system, clogging, or failure to run the cleaning cycle
  • Tampering, repair or modification by unauthorised persons
  • Unsuitable power supply, voltage fluctuation, drops, impact, liquid contact
  • Damage in transport or shipping
  • Consumables (mixing nozzles, seals, hoses and fittings, etc.) and normal wear
  • Use outside the machine's design purpose, such as in residential or household settings or for personal production

Repairs outside the warranty are carried out for a fee, with the buyer's approval.

4. Making a Claim

Claims are made in writing to [email protected] with the order number and a description of the fault. Where needed, the SELLER will issue a shipping label for the machine to be sent in for service. Whether a fault is covered is determined by the SELLER's technical inspection.

5. Reserved Provisions

The mandatory provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code remain reserved. These terms do not apply to the extent they conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law.
