CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

1. General
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Email info@novatechcomposites.com with your order number.
2. Opened Packages Cannot Be Returned
- Chemicals & consumables (resins, foams, silicone rubber, pigments, cleaning fluid, mold release): once the packaging or seal is opened, returns are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons.
- Industrial systems (Flovv, Flovv-e): units with opened protective packaging, or that have been installed, operated or exposed to chemicals, are not accepted for return as they are no longer resalable.
- Pre-order items are built to order; once production starts, cancellation and return are not possible.
Eligible returns must be unopened, undamaged, complete with invoice, accessories and original packaging.
3. Damaged Delivery
If the parcel arrives damaged, have the courier record an official damage report at delivery and notify us within 48 hours.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
5. Order Cancellation
In-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled after production starts.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
