Flovv Pro Reactive Injection System (Pre-order)

Flovv Pro is the pre-conditioning version of the Flovv platform. Both A and B components are heated, temperature-controlled and vacuum-degassed all the way from the tanks to the nozzle, so the material reaches the mold at the same temperature, the same viscosity and free of bubbles on every shot. That is what lets Flovv Pro run epoxy systems alongside polyurethane and silicone, and cast very thin-walled, defect-free parts.

How It Works

Fill the tanks and set the target temperature. Flovv Pro heats the tanks and the feed lines under control, degasses the material under vacuum and delivers it to the mixing nozzle at a steady temperature. Because heated resin is less viscous, it fills thin sections completely at low pressure; a vacuum-degassed mix leaves no air entrapment, porosity or short shots. Long pot-life epoxies run through the same line.

Pre-conditioning System

• Heated, temperature-controlled A/B tanks — adjustable working temperature up to 60 °C
• Heated feed lines — the material holds its temperature from tank to nozzle, so viscosity does not drift along the line
• Vacuum degassing — entrained air is pulled out in the tank, so nothing bubbles up in the casting
• In-tank mixer keeps fillers and pigments in suspension and makes colour changes quick

Injection and Thin-wall Casting

• Precise low-flow metering — controlled filling of thin-walled, small-volume parts without flooding the mold
• Pressure- and temperature-controlled flow, homogeneous A:B mixing in the static mixing nozzle
• 2-gallon / 8 kg integrated tank capacity (A+B) with dynamically controlled component tanks
• 10-second automatic cleaning for material and colour changes
• 5 material families: Rigid, Flexible, Rigid Foam, Silicone and Epoxy
• Desktop footprint — runs on a workshop bench, no dedicated infrastructure required
