This notice is provided by Novatek Kompozit Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (trading as "Novatech Composites") ("Company") as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1. Data We Process
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
- Customer transactions: orders, order history, support requests.
- Transaction security: IP address, session and log records, cookies.
- Account data: account email and an irreversible hash of your password.
Card details are not stored by the Company; payments are processed by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. on its secure infrastructure.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases
Data is processed to establish and perform the sales contract, fulfil legal obligations, establish and protect rights, and for legitimate interests (KVKK art. 5/2-c, ç, e, f): order and delivery management, customer support, invoicing, fraud prevention and statutory notifications.
3. Sharing
Data is shared, only as required, with shipping companies for delivery, PayTR for payment, hosting providers for operation, and competent authorities where legally required.
4. Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the relationship and statutory limitation periods (generally 10 years), then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You may request information about, correction or deletion of your data, object to results arising from automated analysis, and request remedy of damages. Applications: info@novatechcomposites.com — answered within 30 days at the latest.
