Description
Flovv Industrial is the large-format member of the Flovv line: a floor-standing reactive injection system built for series production. It pairs the same pre-conditioning technology as Flovv Pro — heated, temperature-controlled A/B tanks, heated lines, vacuum degassing — with 50 kg of material capacity (A+B combined) and the flow rate large molds need.
How It Works
Material is brought to temperature in the tanks and degassed under vacuum, then carried at constant viscosity through heated lines to the mixing head and injected into the mold. The large tank capacity means run after run without refilling, and the higher flow rate fills high-volume molds before the material gels. It is built for small-batch series production and for parts that will not fit a desktop machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which materials does Flovv work with?
Flovv works with two-component (A:B) reactive systems such as polyurethane and resin — flexible and rigid polyurethane and casting resins. (Silicone and epoxy capabilities are coming with the new Flovv Pro.)
How does it control the mix ratio?
The mix ratio is adjustable on the machine; the system meters A and B precisely at the set ratio and blends them homogeneously in a static mixing nozzle, giving far more consistent, bubble-free results than hand mixing. On this model the mix ratio is adjustable up to 3:1 and the maximum component viscosity is 10,000 cP.
Do I need a new nozzle for every cast?
No. You can run consecutive casts with the same nozzle. Replace it only when the mix inside it cures, when you switch material/color, or if it clogs.
What is the lead time?
This model is sold on pre-order; estimated delivery is about 5 months from the order.
