Description
Polikor Supersoft Polyester Filler
Polikor Supersoft Polyester Filler is a professional polyester-based body filler developed for automotive body repairs and surface preparation applications. Its semi-flexible structure, excellent adhesion performance and easy sanding properties make it suitable for professional repair and maintenance work.
The product can be used to fill dents, scratches and surface imperfections on galvanized steel, bare metal, aluminum, wood, SMC, FRP and previously painted surfaces. After curing, it creates a smooth, non-sticky surface that helps achieve an excellent finish before painting.
When mixed with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) paste hardener, the filler can cure at temperatures as low as 5 °C. Depending on ambient conditions, the prepared mixture offers a working time of 3–8 minutes and can typically be sanded after 20–30 minutes.
Its easy-sanding formulation allows rapid surface finishing, and abrasive papers in the P80–P180 range are recommended for the initial sanding process.
