Description

800 GSM Woven Fiberglass Fabric

800 GSM woven fiberglass fabric is a bidirectional (0°/90°) reinforcement material developed to provide high strength and structural performance in composite manufacturing processes. Its woven structure contains continuous glass fibers in both warp and weft directions, ensuring balanced mechanical properties in both axes.

With an areal weight of 800 g/m², the fabric enables the rapid production of thick laminates. Its structure allows fast resin impregnation, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

The material is compatible with various production methods, including hand lay-up, resin transfer molding (RTM), pultrusion and compression molding. It can be used with polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resin systems.

800 GSM woven fiberglass fabric is widely used in boat and yacht manufacturing, composite panels, storage tanks, automotive parts, wind turbine components and industrial composite applications.
