B Tank Mixer (Flovv Option)

The B Tank Mixer is a paid hardware option for the standard Flovv. It is a motorised mixer that mounts on the tank lid: the shaft and impeller reach down into the B tank and keep the component moving, and homogeneous. If you work with pigmented or filled B component, you get the same colour and the same consistency from the first shot to the last.

What It Does

Pigmented and filled polyurethane components separate as they stand: the heavier pigment sinks to the bottom of the tank and the material above it stays pale. Stirring by hand costs time and means opening the tank. The in-tank mixer does it continuously with the tank closed, and disperses a new pigment within minutes when you change colour. An in-tank mixer is already standard on Flovv Pro and Flovv Industrial; this option is for the standard Flovv.
